The "perfect" aviators
I stumbled across the Smith Serpico sunglasses about 5 years ago. I'm on my third pair now -- because I lose them -- and always, always return to these. I love them for a few reasons:1) There is absolutely NO distortion in these lenses. As cliche as it may sound, I sometimes forget that I'm wearing them. They cover your complete field-of -vision and offer extreme optical clarity.2) The polarized lenses are top-notch. Great Glasses
I've owned Ray Ban and Sun Cloud Aviators in the past. These Smith Optics are a lot lighter than the Ray Bans and fit my face better than either. The polarized lenses are also key as I drive into to the sun both ways on my commute to and from work.

Excellent Shades
These shades are great. Good coverage, just dark enough. Optically I'd put them on par with Oakly, maybe a little short of Maui Jims.
