The "perfect" aviators
I stumbled across the Smith Serpico sunglasses about 5 years ago. I'm on my third pair now -- because I lose them -- and always, always return to these. I love them for a few reasons:1) There is absolutely NO distortion in these lenses. As cliche as it may sound, I sometimes forget that I'm wearing them. They cover your complete field-of -vision and offer extreme optical clarity.2) The polarized lenses are top-notch. I've never once noticed the polarizing pattern in the lenses, even in bright reflections. You know it's great when you don't notice it.3) Smith offers a lifetime warranty on these. You DO need to provide a receipt (made easy through Amazon), but they have a quick turnaround with no hassle. I managed to bend up the first pair I had badly, but Smith replaced them -- no questions asked -- quickly and painlessly.4) They're extremely comfortable and the bayonet-style temples never poke your ears or head. Great Glasses
I've owned Ray Ban and Sun Cloud Aviators in the past. These Smith Optics are a lot lighter than the Ray Bans and fit my face better than either. The slight wrap around is key while driving and they curved the glass perfectly to prevent any distortion caused by the curve. The polarized lenses are also key as I drive into to the sun both ways on my commute to and from work.

This has been on my wish list for a long time...not disappointed!
I bought these glasses two days ago and they just came in. I gotta say they fit perfect and the lens are crystal clear! I purchased these first for fly fishing (I'm a huge trout bum) and second for driving. I've been through 2 or 3 Target/ bass pro El-cheapo polarized glasses and they all started peeling around the frames. I've been wanted Smith optics for a long time but didn't want to kick out the $$$, but after 3 cheap pairs and the price for Smith's on amazon, I couldn't turn it down. Fantastic field of vision. Lightweight and versatile.
Leading up to Ironman Louisville this year, I have been quite desperate to find something that could keep up with my rate of perspiration. That's right, I sweat...a TON. I need a pair of glasses that are lightweight, has a great field of vision, minimal or no frames that would allow sweat to pool, lenses that would allow my copious amounts of sweat to run off easily and allows for a boatload of airflow to keep my eyes and brow line cool(ish). The Pivlock V90 Max fits the bill on all accounts.First, weight; the Pivlock's are amazingly lightweight. Aside from their weight in hand, the action and fit make them that much more invisible. While the weight of some glasses belies cheap and half-baked manufacturing, the Pivlocks are actually designed with that in mind using what they call the Grilamid TR90 frames, built for flexible, light yet hard core construction.Next, the lens. great triathlon cycling glasses, for riding in the aerobar position!
I bought these because there are no frame rims, which obstruct my field of view when riding in the "aero position" (leaning forward with elbows in the aero bars). Other brands of glasses, no matter how cool, have framed rims that block my field of view when I ride in the aero position. I would have to either really crane my head upward to get a field of view (pain in neck), or else accept the top frame rim of the glasses obstructing my view of the road ahead -- kind of dangerous.These glasses are a delight and even more so due to their innovation in interchangeable / removable lenses. Unlike other styles that require popping or unlocking of sorts, these lenses detach the lens from the frame at the hinge itself - making the swap from the sunny day lens to the cloudy day lens or the clear lens easier and quicker than anything I've used yet! Bravo! Five stars!!!!!

Great sport sunglasses, but too large for me
I had a pair of the Smith Toaster glasses for 3 years and loved them. After scratching the lenses, it was finally time to replace them. However, the current model didn't fit the same as my old ones, so I had to return them. Other than that, they are a great pair of sport sunglasses (lightweight with interchangeable lenses) with a fashionable look that you can wear anywhere.

Frames fit narrow temples
I have a very narrow head and have a hard time finding sunglasses that don't fall off/down when I bend over, these fit perfectly as well as doing a great on blocking the sun. They're light weight and very easy to change lens, unlike many other brands that require tools. They look nice on and block the sun, perfect.

Excellent shooting glasses!
I was very excited to see Smith Optics create their Elite Division. I have worn their sunglasses and goggles for years. They make excellent products and stand behind them. When they started offering the Director Tactical sunglasses, I had to get a pair! I now have two with different lenses for varying light conditions. They are light, comfortable, safe and look great. I highly recommend them for use by American Zoot Shooters Association (AZSA) participants or for any shooting sport.

Great safety glasses with sunglasses styling / features
These are a great fusion of safety and sunglasses technology. The lenses meet the military's MIL-PRF-31013 standard for impact resistance. The lenses also provide 100% UV protection and they're bright, clear optics.I bought the "Ignitor" - rose colored - lenses. So far I'm very happy with these.

Just got Lasik, and finally got to pick out *any* sunglasses I wanted ... These were the ones! I got mahogany brown. The wood pattern is more subtle than shown in the picture, and they've got lots of little details that I like. Good stuff.
